Shoulder Pauldrons as separate cosmetic peice

Add the various shoulder cosmetics as a separate set in the cosmetic selection so that they can be added to other breastplate amor pieces and not just the undershirt cosmetics under them.

I think this is something a lot of games fail to recognize, Shoulders are not your whole torso. And armor plates tend to use a chestplate AND a shoulder guard that are independently created and put on. It would definitely help with the aesthetic build of a gear suit
