Narration could be implemented for some or all tutorial text elements.

For implementation, next to where the text is, I imagine there could be a speaker with a button in the style of the other tech like Howard and the audio could probably be tweaked so it sounds like it's coming out of an older, less-than-crisp speaker.

Having narration may help those who may have difficulty reading for one reason or another.
