Deadstop Visual Effect and "Thunk" Sound (Possible Integration)

If deadstop behavior (where one or more structures don't break due to hitting/being hit while the structure being collided with is already in the moment of hitstop) is to remain in the game, I think it'd be nice if the structure that is being collided with as part of the deadstop would emit a small, unintrusive puff of dust and make a satisfying "thunk" sound.
