Settings for cosmetics get reset when switching PCs

When switching PCs, cosmetics are set back to default.
This is also true when I go back to the old PC even if I recreate the cosmetics in the new one.
the sketchbooks are also empty

Can confirm, had to redo my character when I used a different PC, I have layered tattoos to get new colours with the opacity settings and those were tedious to get right again haha
