Recently BIVN and I suspected that requeueing doesn't actually start searching (at least for the same player). This was noticed by going to Friend Queue, Play a match and hit requeue (like when trying to get the other map).

It will have the lever pulled, be making the searching sound, but only once someone repulls the lever will it connect.
