Contact one of the devs on the discord support channel if they don't see your msg here first, so they can at least band aid fix it for you.

This is a know issue as there were some stuff with purchases in the in game shop not sticking, among other things. They should have a proper fix soon, it's just they are on break and doing what they can for right now.
